I just went through Push Health and here is my experience. Dr initially sent ozempic rx to CVS, but I messaged her through the Push website and asked how to go about getting the compound semaglutide. She asked me a few questions and submitted a new rx to their compounding pharmacy call ACA. Took about a week from when she submitted it to ACA, but I just got an email from FedEx today that it will be delivered on Monday morning. Prices she quoted me through Push/ACA compounding pharmacy per month/4week rx were: 0.25 and 0.5mg is $175 1 and 1.7mg is $200 max dose $2.4mg is $250

I've successfully received my passport in 6 weeks using the online renewal system. I have a travel date of 4/30/23, but did not indicate that in my application. Here is my timeline:
2/9: Apply for online renewal, standard processing time and standard mailing.
2/13: Passport application is in process.
2/26: I begin freaking out after reading the horror stories on this subreddit. I expedite my application. I receive no confirmation that the application was expedited, but the funds were withdrawn from my account.
3/20: I receive notification that my passport photo was rejected due to graininess. That same evening I resubmit the photo using my cell phone camera and the Walgreens white photo backdrop. I thank the worker through email for all the hard work they're doing, and mention that I have a trip planned for 4/30. I realize over the next 2.5 days, my application is in the exception stage.
3/23: I am unable to change my mailing address on the website. Upon clicking the application number, it says "Thanks for applying..." Something to that effect. Using the F12 trick I see that my passport is in the fulfillment stage.
3/24: I receive a shipment notification early on the morning of 3/24. Shipping is standard. Estimated arrival is Monday 3/27. However, the email states it can take up to two weeks to arrive.
3/25: My passport arrives the very next day!! I have it in my hand by the afternoon. Note that I did not pay for expedited shipping.
For anyone curious, I am in NYC.
The past few weeks have been extremely stressful due to the posts on this subreddit. I just want you to know that there is hope. My passport arrived in 6 weeks! When I applied, my estimate was 8-11 weeks! There are locators out there moving these applications through quickly! Don't lose hope or sleep! By all means, if it is two weeks before your travel date, contact your congressmen. And please, for the love of God, do not use subpar photos from Walgreens or CVS. The cameras these pharmacies use are out of date. If you can, kindly ask the pharmacy employee to use your phone (if your phone is relatively new; I used an iPhone 14 Pro Max) with their backdrop. I uploaded the photo directly from my phone without cropping or adjusting.

Only certain pharmacies seem to be participating (eg, CVS is not doing it), and there is a general lack of knowledge among pharmacy staff even in chain pharmacies that are participating There is little information about "Simple Start" online and Dexcom does not issue a coupon that pharmacies can bill at the $89 price, at least not publicly. Confusingly, they do issue a general coupon for up to $200, but that's not part of this program.
About a month ago, when I initially upgraded from the G6 to the G7, neither of my two health insurance plans had added coverage for the G7. I transferred the prescription around in order to find a pharmacy that could offer the $89 price and eventually was able to pick up a months supply from a local Walgreens.
Fast forward to this week. I tried refilling my prescription, but the pharmacy said it would cost $375. As it turns out, my HDHP has added coverage for the G7 with prior authorization. The problem is, I barely use my HDHP and mainly rely on my secondary HMO plan which has a $70 copay per month, per prescription (so the G6 is effectively $140/mo), which has not added the G7 yet.
A pharmacist explained to me that Dexcom's "Simple Start" program is only available if all of your insurance plans do not cover the G7 and that because my HDHP technically added coverage, the price would be $375 instead of $89. The pharmacist mentioned that a lot of people are running into this, where they initially upgraded and took advantage of the $89 pricing while their insurance did not cover the G7 but now are facing higher costs.
Conclusion / TLDR: If you are considering upgrading to the G7, you may want to consider waiting until the insurance plan you want to use adds coverage. Otherwise, you may end up in a similar situation to mine where the G7 becomes cost prohibitive and you need to go back to the G6.

- I have sent a message to the doctor who handles my Sjogrens care, but she is not an ENT or a specialist in Covid care.
- If possible, I would prefer something saline based, I've seen a saline-based iota carrageenan sprays online but I'm a bit wary of purchasing medications online, especially from websites that aren't well-known. I already use the children's version of Afrin Children's Extra Moisturizing Nasal Spray to reduce nasal inflammation and hydrate my nasal passages when I'm in really dry environments.
- Obviously I'm going to continue masking, getting boosted, and attempting to distance myself from others in airports whenever possible.

Running for office is a major undertaking, and like any great journey, the first step is often the hardest. Our goal at VoteDem is to lower that barrier by developing a campaigning tool we can freely offer as a service to Democrats across the country. Campaign Central is a web-based platform that can load voter registration data, organize phone banking, text banking, canvassing, and much more! But to run this project, we need your help. We need volunteers to collect and upload voter registration data once per month (instructions provided), and a Python developer (preferably with experience using Odoo) to help build these tools.

We are also looking for someone that is more knowledgeable in how to properly create a social media following/interact in the social media spaces to effectively operate them. The mod team is not particularly knowledgeable, nor do we have the time to properly utilize those tools.

Hey, I just want to share my experience with RoBody so far. I figure it might help answer some questions that some folks that are curious about the program and how long it takes. Of course, your mileage may vary.
3/9 - Signed up for Ro Body Program and filled out the questionnaire.
3/10 - Nurse Practitioner contacted me to inquire about a previous surgery and the potential issues that may arise from using a GLP-1. I confirmed that I was aware of the potential side effects and that I wanted to proceed. I was also charged for the first month of the program at this point. Also, I scheduled my metabolic tests.
3/11 - Went to Qwest for Metabolic testing.
3/13 - Lab results received at Ro and reviewed. Scheduled appointment with the doctor.
3/14 - Appointment with the provider. Approved for treatment with Wegovy.
3/15 - Requested to add pharmacy insurance card to file.
3/16 - Pharmacy card added to my file.
3/22 - Prior Authorization approved by the insurance company. Contacted the care team to see if the prescription had been sent to a pharmacy since I had found my local CVS could order it for me. I was messaged back that it has not been sent off. Gave them the pharmacy information.
3/23 - Was contacted by the care team to say that the information had been sent to the Patient Advocate Team and that they should be in contact shortly.
3/24 - I received an email from the local Walmart pharmacy that my prescription was ready for pick up. I was able to pick up my Wegovy prescription for $24.99. I'm assuming that they were able to apply the coupon since it is less than the price quoted by my insurance company.
I don't particularly care that they didn't send it to the pharmacy that I asked them to. I'm just glad I was able to get the medicine but the Ro website hasn't been updated to show that the prescription had even been sent to any pharmacy. I wouldn't have known the prescription was ready if I wasn't previously signed up for updates with the Walmart Pharmacy.

I’ve been with CVS for 10+ years. I’ve done everything from being a beauty consultant, going on remodels and now being a lead tech in the pharmacy. I have 2 pharmacy degrees, been in every position within the retail setting and do not even make $20 an hour. I NEED OPINIONS ON THIS MATTER as CVS is hiring new cashiers starting at $16+ an hour when it took me 8 years just to hit $16 an hour!

Introducing Campaign Central: a VoteDem VAN alternative project to help local campaigns organize!
Running for office is a major undertaking, and like any great journey, the first step is often the hardest. Our goal at VoteDem is to lower that barrier by developing a campaigning tool we can freely offer as a service to Democrats across the country. Campaign Central is a web-based platform that can load voter registration data, organize phone banking, text banking, canvassing, and much more! But to run this project, we need your help. We need volunteers to collect and upload voter registration data once per month (instructions provided), and a Python developer (preferably with experience using Odoo) to help build these tools.

We’re looking for graphic artists and folks that understand how to run social media!
While we all like to jest that the mod team is able to do anything and everything, we have limitations. We are currently looking for individuals with knowledge and skill in creating Graphic Art as a way to further the community's image. Our main priority would be aiding in creating graphics akin to the following design that we’ve used for AMA guests.
We are also looking for someone that is more knowledgeable in how to properly create a social media following/interact in the social media spaces to effectively operate them. The mod team is not particularly knowledgeable, nor do we have the time to properly utilize those tools.
If you are interested in volunteering forhelping with either position, please send us a modmail and we will continue the conversation from that point. Note: neither of these positions are paid and would be done on a purely volunteer role.
