The publisher revealed the impressive sales stat as part of its earnings report for its fiscal first quarter of 2022. "The new generation versions of GTAV will feature a range of technical improvements, visual upgrades and performance enhancements to take full advantage of the latest hardware, making the game more beautiful and more responsive than ever," Rockstar Games said last year.
We presume the retooled version of GTA V will tap into the fast storage capabilities of modern consoles, to drastically reduce game load times. It will also leverage the newer hardware in the latest gen consoles, namely the custom SoC based on AMD's Zen 2 CPU cores and RDNA 2 graphics.

Over the past few months, I have been staying with my mum who is living rurally as she has cancer so I go to spend time with her and take her to chemo appointments. So for a lot of the time the apartments had been vacant. During their stay, my property manager happened to attend to my apartment which is located on top of a bar to check the accuracy of the water meter as my water bills have been ridiculously high (close to$600 every 3 months for one person who is often not there, for one period I was overseas for over a month) I had paid the first 2 but since then I have not as my water issues had not been tended to and they deliver the bills via post knowing that I don't have a mailbox, just a slot that drops onto a concrete floor with no coverage so if it has been even one day mail can be tarnished.
the Property manager did not let me know he was coming and to my knowledge, this was his first visit during my tendency of over 2 years (where I have not had one inspection). On this day he happened to run into my friend's boyfriend who said he was staying at an Airbnb, I'm not sure if this is because he thought it was understood and or just confused. The Property manager did try and get in for an explanation but during this time had my phone set to only accepting calls of my contact favourites, as there have been additional high stressors such as my sister being admitted to the psych ward, and she has 2 daughters. She and my mother are estranged especially at the moment as my mum is not supposed to be exposed to stress, so I had to arrange for my aunty and uncle to look after my nieces which I would normally do but I had a trip booked for my mum and grandparents and I.
So, when I return home a few days ago I get the notice to vacate and by then already had only a few days left, due to stress I had a sleeping pill I was prescribed but never taken and slept for almost 3 days. So, the grounds of the notice are just that interaction and also stating that there is no evidence. He also stated if I wish to discuss the matter to call him, this seems odd to me?
What's more, he is claiming that I have been running an airbnb enterprise for what would be most of my tenancy, which explains the high water usage as the meter reading was correct. I'm sure it was correct as a week prior, the owner of the bar downstairs told me somewhere from my apartment was leaking internally so much that her ceiling was swelling with water, turned out to be my toilet which has now been fixed. The bar owner explained to me was an issue before time that was fixed but obviously not. I also reported a leaking tap in my condition report, and was again outlined in an email about 6 months ago explaining also that my water pressure had been plying up and wondered if maybe it was due to one of 2 instances where strangers appeared at my open door to let me know they either needed to gain access or that my water would be turned off temporarily for repairs, the first instance was the owner of the building next door with a tradesperson attending to a roof leak and the other was from downstairs to fix something. Since then my temperature control and pressure have been awful. The email was never replied to. The notice date was 2 days after my rent due date, which is now a few days ago, it's my understanding that if I pay some rent now (i did receive an automated reminder text last night) requesting an extension of a week or so (which the amount would reflect) they cannot force me from the property? If that is, they don't see any legitimacy have compassion and still request I leave.

So, I am currently double majoring in Finance and English, and my goal is to get into commercial banking. I have applied to a couple positions for bank teller and relationship banker positions but can't seem to get an interview. So, I am assuming it is because of my resume. What should I change?

Hello so In October 8th 2020 my car was parked on the side of my house I live in Texas and it got hit by a careless driver she ended up not having insurance and I only have liability insurance she agreed that she will pay me for the damages which comes out to $1,600 on November 14th 2021 she only paid me $100 once and then blocked me and soon after my mom who was battling cancer at the time unfortunately passed away so everything kinda left my mind and now I’m wondering if I’m still able to take it to civil court or not since it is 2023 I do know it’s on me since it’s late but losing a close family member takes a really hard toll so any advice would be nice if I can’t then I’ll just accept my losses. I have written a response, what I need help with is making sure my tone and text is directed at doctrine and church stuff and limits things that could be construed as a personal attack. Thanks for a well-thought-out and respectful reply. I appreciate your time and commitment to our conversation. My thoughts about this came fast and furious; I have been thinking about this subject long and hard, wrestling with concepts and philosophies for the better part of 3 years. I had a lot of emotions (anger, sadness, frustration, loss, grief) when I first started my research. I was bitter (the things I had to work through were also bitter). These feelings have relaxed with time, and I am comfortable with my decisions. Contentment and peace are once more the baselines for me. Okay, so let me respond to some of your points:
Scriptural Justification for Priesthood ban-
This is my paraphrase and interpretation of each verse you sent me:
Genesis 4: 9-11, 13, 15
Cain is being punished for his sin of killing his brother Abel (I have no qualms with his punishment for sin). I read nothing in these verses about anyone else being punished, especially not someone 5,500+/- years from the actual sin.
Moses 5: 16, 18-19, 21-26, 28-40, 41
16: Cain is taught the gospel and nature of God, he questions/rejects it.
18-19: Cain has a relationship with Satan and follows his commands. Cain gives fruit as sacrifice instead of the prescribed animal flesh
21-26: The offering is rejected, this makes Satan happy and Cain sad/wroth; the Lord asks Cain why he is angry and sad, then the Lord says if you do what I ask you will be accepted but if you don't: sin and Satan are waiting for you. Cain then becomes the Father of Lies, he gets cursed unless he repeats. Cain doubles down, marries his brother's daughter and makes oaths with Satan. Cain gives himself a new name and conspires to kill Abel and accomplishes the task.

1. Genesis 4: 9-11, 13 ,15 again; Cain explains why he acted the way he did. Cain experiences the consequence of sin. Again no mention of punishing/cursing people 5,500+/- years for these actions.

Moses 7: 8, 22
8- Enoch prophesies that the Lord will curse the people of Canaan with blackness for destroying the people of Shum
22- Black people don't have a place amoung the seed of Adam. (Classic 19th century racism)
Abraham 1: 21-24, 26-27, 31
21-24: All of Egypt descends from Ham and his wife Egyptus (who was a Canaanite) they preserve the "curse".
26 Pharoh was righteous, wise and just but was cursed to not have the Priesthood because his great x 7ish grandpa murdered and conspired with Satan.
27 Pharoh denied the priesthood despite being the grandson of Noah and the eldest son of his family.
This curse of Cain = why Black people are reduced to servitude and restriction in the Kingdom of God is a common belief amoung Christians in the early 1800s. It is in my opinion the philosophy of men mingled with scripture.
To this point, I believe that the books of Moses and Abraham are 19th Century works. Eygptologist, apologists for the Church and the Church itself admits that the translation of the Abraham papyrus is not anywhere close to accurate. The papyri that came into Joseph's possession were common Eygptian funerary texts and not written by the hand of Abraham. Given that I have no faith that these texts are scripture, I believe that Joseph Smith was using psuedepigraphia to create them; it is hard for me to accept these concepts/doctrines are from God. As far as psuedepigraphia goes I am in agreement with faithful LDS historian and author of Rough Stone Rolling, a biography about Joseph Smith, Richard Bushman. VIDEO CLIP LINK, a quote from the link for your convience: "Joseph Smith's books of Moses and Abraham and the writings of Enoch in the book of Moses bear a resemblance to this large corpus of scriptures in that they came in the form of writings in another person's name. Joseph was producing psuedepigraphia." I am not arguing that your interpretation of the scriptures is wrong, I am arguing that the teaching of the curse of the lineage of Cain and Africans being banned from temple/priesthood comes from works produced in the 19th century and are not doctrinal or Scriptural. These doctrines are racist to the core and I do not believe in a racist God.
Apostles and Prophets aren’t perfect- I agree, but I do expect them to be good. If one Prophet/Apostle makes errors, I hope the others will help to course correct (ln our current example, it shouldn’t take 158 years), especially given their commission to be special witnesses of Christ.
Spiritual Answers - Receiving answers from God has always been a sticking point for me; there are so many times when I wish feelings could be a reliable way to detect or determine the truth about a particular idea or course of action. Unfortunately, feelings are not a reliable or accurate way of determining validity. Many people from different world views and cultures will testify that they have received a Divine Witness that their way is correct and there are no others.

So many different witnesses say they know something by how they feel. If Joseph Smith was right and the gospel revealed through him is God’s one authentic way, how are so many getting witnesses that their way is also valid? I have learned and internalized that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. I trust that He would not be sending witnesses to some people of the truthfulness of Islam and others the truthfulness of Scientology. In my search for truth: evidence, reproducible results, and facts are more important to me than feelings. A recent example of this at the top levels of the Church came in November 2015; the Church changed its policy as it regards LGTBQ+ members and same-sex marriage defining such as apostasy. With that, the children of these marriages and partnerships, whether adopted or naturally born, were prohibited from baptism until their 18th birthday, required to denounce same-sex marriage, and received approval from the First Presidency.

When I read about Nephi justifying murder to obtain brass plates, those are bad fruits. (This very justification leads extremists like the Lafferty Brothers and Daybell/Vallow to commit heinous crimes and pass the blame to God because they felt he had told them to do it) Joseph Smith taught this concept in a written letter (a failed polygamous marriage proposal) to the daughter of Sidney Rigdon, 19-year-old Nancy Rigdon. In this letter, often called the Happiness Letter, Joseph states: “That which is wrong under one circumstance, maybe, and often is right under another… Whatever God requires is right, no matter what it is.” The whole letter bears bad fruit considering its teachings of moral relativism and the fact that it was written to Nancy after she denied his proposal to convince her to become his 9th wife.
The priesthood/temple ordinance/exaltation ban on our African brothers and sisters is just one bad apple amongst a spoiled bunch. The list can go on, and I don’t expect you to have answers or even a response. I guess the underlying questions I have is how do I connect to God, what are his commandments for me, and who do I allow to be his spoken person in my life? I do not believe that person is Brigham Young, Joseph Smith, or Russell Nelson; there is too much baggage there for me to overlook. Bible introduces us to a very dualistic God, the God of the Old Testament that commanded Abraham to sacrifice his son (even though he didn’t go through with it, Abraham didn’t know that, and if someone told you today that God had commanded them to kill their son, I don’t think we would use it as a Spiritually Uplifting Story); that commanded the Israelites to commit genocide; that killed boys for mocking a bald man; that commands a married man to marry underage women and other married women with the threat of an angel with a flaming sword (I know this is from modern church history, but I think it fits here) vs. Jesus of the New Testament who preached turn the other cheek, love thy neighbor as thy self, love your enemy and those that despitefully use, let your light so shine, he that is without sin among you cast the first stone, go and sin no more. These two narratives don’t play well with one another in my mind. When push comes to shove, I choose the humanistic, humble, passivist, sinner-loving Jesus as my path to God; and through no other man. I veered off topic slightly, but I also believe this is a good summary of where I am as it relates to the Church. I could pull more examples of why I am where I am, but I don’t want to pile on. I hope you understand that I don’t just have one or two minor questions about the Church being true, but my questions lay at the very feet of Joseph Smith; as Gordon B Hinkley said: “There is no middle ground. Joseph Smith talked with the Father and the Son or he didn’t. I had bought a CTL-460K [lightly used] from a seller on Ebay in November of 2021. It was $21, I don't know if that was a good price.
Ever since I had first used it, the pen pressure will cack out randomly. Sometimes it takes a week to glitch, sometimes it takes 45 minutes after booting. I've uninstalled the drivers manually, and reinstalled them four times now.
It's only the pen pressure that has the issue, otherwise it works exactly like a mouse when the drivers fail.
During the glitch, I can't open Wacom Preferences, it'll give me the error message "There is a problem with your tablet driver. Please reboot your system. If the problem persists reinstall or update the driver." I can open Pen and Touch and other tablet programs, but not WP.
I think it's probably an issue on my end since there's really nothing wrong with the tablet itself, it works perfectly when the drivers aren't throwing a hissy fit. My computer's rather old too, so I really just wonder if the drivers stop responding and are forced to shut down. /shrug
It's not like it's a big issue since I've lived with it for nearly two years, but it's really annoying when I want to draw and I find that I have to reboot my computer. Again.
OS: Windows 7 Pro, 32 bit desktop
Tablet driver is the recommended version, 5.3.5-3, downloaded directly from the website.
The art software I use is Paint Tool SAI 1. I've tested it with Gimp and normal Paint too, same problem.

Long story short, I am not a super big fan of credit card and i keep my own spending on debit card and paypal. However, my mom got sick 3 years ago and I was made an authorized user on her costco citi card and primary costco membership holder so I been using that card for family grocery and stuff.
Fast forward to past november, my mom pass away. I still keep using that card; then my brother requested my mom secondary membership to him. I transfered it him and at end of january we got hit by citi alert that the citi costco credit card will be closed by the end of march due to the credit card no longer have membership attached to it.
Naturally I start paniced a little. Anyway, around that time i received a capital one pre approved offer(I have checking nad performance saving with them). I applied and instantly approved with Quicksilver with $1000 limit. It is not much with enoughly for the monthly food expense at the family and there is the 1.5% cashback.
Now the troublesome part, Costco, we do monthly costco run and they do not accept mastercard. I did a little research and I try apply for AAA Advantage and got notice of rejected today because of they claim they cannot verify my identity even after they pull my experian. I then try applying for costco citi card, got instant rejected. At this point, I am getting scare of apply for another card.
What are my choices? Keep using my quicksilver for a few month to build up my history? I want another card as backup to quicksilver. I want Venmo since that 3% warehouse cashback but I don't want too many hit to inquiry. I suppose if I REALLY need to I can go to costco.com to purchase the giftcard with my quicksilver so I can shop at costco.

l haven’t loved someone romantically before. l had a couple girlfriends here and there but l never really connected with them. l just thought that was the way it was going to be. But around this time last year, there was this girl l met, lets call her June, who lent me her copy of a book. l guess we really hit it off, and we became really good friends. we talked nearly every day, and honestly it felt like talking to a non-schizoid version of me. we thought about so many of the same things it was kind of surreal. l started waking up early so we could talk and tell eachother good morning. and, fast forward to last december, we just drifted apart because l went off to be homeschooled. she would stop talking to me for a week at a time, come back and apologize, rinse and repeat. l asked her what happened, and she said she needed some time away from me. it’s been 3 months since then, and we haven’t been on speaking terms. it was around november l started developing these feelings for her, but l just thought it was normal for friends to feel that way because l’ve never truly connected with someone on the level l did with her. but l guess now, l just can’t deal with the thought of her never talking to me again. she makes me feel all warm and happy inside, all l want is to talk with her for hours on end. but honestly, l get afraid wondering how she’d react if l told her how l felt. l’ve always been a loner, and she has been so nice to me. she’s invited me to sit with her at lunch (but l declined), and a couple times she’s gone up to my table and sat with me. l have no bigger regret than not taking her up on her offer, because it would’ve been nice l think. my worst fear is creeping her out or completely ruining our friendship. l don’t know if there’s even a remote chance of her liking me back, and if she doesn’t, l definitely don’t want to come off like l misinterpreted her friendliness as having a chance with her. l just don’t know what to do, l’m just really in love with this girl. l just want to talk to her again, and it feels like l’ve ruined it already. but even if she did want a relationship l don’t know if ld be able to be emotionally available as a boyfriend. what should l do? should l just repress these feelings until they go away? l’ve never missed someone like this before. but l know it would be incredibly selfish if l gave in, because l’ve never been able to be a good boyfriend in the past. ld just be ruining our friendship cause of what l ‘felt’ l had to do. l just want things to go back to the way they were, staying up late talking about things we thought we only thought about. l don’t know if she knew what she was doing when she told me she loved me too, and l dont know how she thought l would interpret that. l just wish l could read her mind. l don’t think l could stand seeing her with someone else, but l also couldn’t stand being without her. l just wish l could see how every option would turn out. l’ve never felt emotion like this previously, l’ve always been pretty mellowed out. l don’t know what happened.

Greetings, everyone. I am a relatively old person with a quite new credit history who is trying to trying to get a Costco credit card, since I am a regular shopper at Costco and wish to take advantage of the cash back offers there, since my current credit cards are all MasterCard, and the Costco in my area only accepts Visa cards. However, I have heard that excellent credit scores (at least a 750 FICO score IIRC) are required for me to be accepted. I have just received my first FICO score, and I believe that I have a chance to get the card if I were to apply for it.
My questions are these:

1. Could anyone with experience with the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi tell me whether my stats are good enough for my application to be approved?
2. Does Costco primarily get applicants’ credit information from Equifax? Costco listed Equifax as the reporting agency where they obtained their information form when I previously tried and failed to get the card back in 2021.
3. If I should still get rejected from the application, what are some viable Visa card alternatives to get a close to equivalent cash back rates without paying an annual fee?

Grand Theft Auto V is still going strong nearly eight years after it first debuted on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 (remember those?), followed by a slightly newer re-release on Windows PCs and the the PS4 and Xbox One. To date, publisher Take-Two Interactive has sold over 150 million copies of GTA V on various platforms.
The publisher revealed the impressive sales stat as part of its earnings report for its fiscal first quarter of 2022. Looking at the data from the previous quarter, it means T2 sold an additional 5 million copies in the past three months. Not too shabby, given that GTA V is far from a new game at this point. That is not the end of it, either.
T2 plans to launch an "expanded and enhanced version" for the latest generation game consoles, those being the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, on November 11, 2021. Developer Rockstar Games had previously said the updated version will bring "new features and more" to the table, but the details are still largely a mystery.
"The new generation versions of GTAV will feature a range of technical improvements, visual upgrades and performance enhancements to take full advantage of the latest hardware, making the game more beautiful and more responsive than ever," Rockstar Games said last year.
We presume the retooled version of GTA V will tap into the fast storage capabilities of modern consoles, to drastically reduce game load times. It will also leverage the newer hardware in the latest gen consoles, namely the custom SoC based on AMD's Zen 2 CPU cores and RDNA 2 graphics.

I hope you all are having a great MCAT preparation and application cycle. My name is Lucas Crispi Cunha and I’m a currently Biochemistry major at UC Davis. I’ll be graduating on spring and taking physical chemistry over the summer to finalize my major requirements. I’m originally from Brazil and I immigrated to the U.S. around 8 years ago with the purpose to work and help my family. Studying was never part of my plan because I never enjoyed studying as a grew up. After 1 year in California, I decided to learn English in order to maybe getting a better job, being more social, and learn more about the culture here. I tried joining community college, but I was rejected because my English comprehension wasn’t enough. I then joined adult school until I was able to reach the required English level to transfer to community college - I spent 1 year at adult school. Once I was able to join community college, I spent 1 year only taking ESOL classes until I began feeling enjoyment in the studying process. I then decided to take other classes, such as trigonometry, general chemistry, and etc (I started adding classes slowly to get used to the workload). It took me 4 years to complete community college and transfer to Davis. It took me a long time to learn how the educational system works here - the process from adult school to community college and from community college to university (college). In total, it took 8 years to be where I am now (1 year adult school, 4 years community college, and 2 years at Davis). I’m still learning a lot, but now I have a new challenge. I want to learn the process of getting into the medical school. I won’t be sharing the reason why I became interested In becoming a physician to keep this short lol it is already too long 😅. But, I’m planing on studying for the MCAT after graduating. I would like know if anyone could share any strategies to study for the MCAT. This is a topic that I have no knowledge. I recently bought some used 2020-2021 Kaplan books to study, but having some insights from anyone would be tremendously helpful to prepare and strategize a studying routine and tools to guide me. I don’t have much knowledge on the application process as well, but I’m planning on reading some books from Ryan Gray to learn more about the process. Had my diagnosis May 2021 after a very obvious mania episode. Mania cooled down/slipped into depression november 2021. Went on lithium and my depression became more and more and more severe ever since. I had regular blood work until november 2022 and lithium level was always therapeutic. My recent bloodwork showed that the level was only 0.5 so I am moving up to 900mg.
Lamotrigine/lamictal(200mg) was added starting sep 2022 to treat depression.
It is possible that lithium(750mg) has made me more depressed? Usually I become mania/hypomania or at least step out of depression during summer, but it didn’t happen last year after I started lithium. I’ve had this pattern for six year straight before last year.
I started lithium the same time I slipped into depression so I am super skeptical.

I had a MA in November 2021 and it was the hardest decision of my life, but I never regretted it. I still don't. My fiancé and I have been together for 8 years so it wasn't something I wish I had to do. However, it was the best decision at the time.
I grieved and once that year passed after my MA, it was slowly easier to process and I felt at peace with my decision. That said, I'm a very sentimental and emotional person so I still think about "what if" every single day. I keep thinking I'll be celebrating what my child's would have been 1st birthday this June.
I feel like my body wants it more than I do mentally because my feelings about having a child right now haven't changed. I couldn't do it as not a lot has changed since for me mentally and physically. But the longing is insane.
We have always been very careful and still are so the pregnancy was a huge shock. Now my period is late again and the test was negative. I was shaking and terrified all day hoping it was negative, but when I took it and it wasn't positive? I just felt upset.
The thing is that I know I can't be, but it's strangest feeling in the world. It's like my mind and body are fighting. It's similar to how I felt the following few days/months after the hormones were circulating through my body. I just needed to get that off my chest.
